| Abstract: | Aiming at the investigation of the village party organization in Xiaohe town, Yicheng city, Hubei province, the existing problems in the construction of the village party secretary were analyzed, the pertinent method of problem digestion were put forward, and the role of the village party secretary were relocated, and some suggestions on how to make the party secretary were put forward. |
