过氧化物酶杂合性与玉米F1产量性状相关性分析

摘    要:探讨过氧化物酶的同工酶在产量杂种优势预测中的作用,在利用玉米F1代杂种优势群的基础上,选用安徽科技学院玉米研究所选育的6个高产组合,分析了玉米F1代杂交种过氧化物酶的同工酶杂合性与产量性状的相关性。产量杂种优势与亲本数目具有一定的相关性,同时,产量性状与过氧化物酶的同工酶杂合性具有一定的关系,但并非杂合性越高产量杂种优势越强;利用过氧化物酶的同工酶杂合性可以作为预测产量杂种优势表现的一个参考指标。

Abstract:In order to learn the relationship of peroxidase diversity with F1 Yield in different hybrids, 6 different hybrids were employed to evaluate the yield performance with peroxidase diversity in this investigation. The results showed that peroxidase diversity was related to F1 Yield in 6 different hybrids. It showed that the yield heterosis had correlation with the numbers of parents. F1 Yield performance was calculated based on peroxidase diversity in order to analyze relationship. The heterozygosity of peroxidase can be used as an index in predicting the yield heterosis of maize.
