农民工培训问题的现状问题与对策

阐述了目前中国农村劳动力资源巨大、素质不高的现状以及在农民工培训上存在积极性不高、经费投入不足、培训机制不健全等问题,提出了解决农民工培训要转变农民思想观念、加大经费投入、完善农民工培训机制、整合培训资源等对策。

The Current Situation and Countermeasures on Training the Rural Workers

This paper explained that the rural laborer resources of our country are enormous,quality are not high at present.The existing problems such as have not enthusiasm on training,the fund inputed is insufficient,trained mechanism is imperfect.It proposed that the countermeasures of training on rural workers as changing peasants concept,increasing the input of funds,improving rural workers'' trained mechanism and combining training resources.
