中国农村土地银行的风险分析与发展策略

从中国农村土地银行发展的现状入手,分析了目前农村土地银行面临的主要风险,包括缺乏运行资金、土地确权未完成、农村社会保障制度不完善、贷地方身份模糊和农民资本意识薄弱等。因此提出了拓展农村土地银行业务面、完善土地经营权抵押贷款配套体系、拓宽农村土地银行资金来源、统筹城乡土地政策、培养资本农民及推广和落实"两权"试点工作等促进农村土地银行健康稳定发展的策略。
