摘    要:根据不同活性炭气体通透性和尘埃吸附性,选用果壳活性炭、椰壳活性炭、木质活性炭,分析其对自然吸式车用直喷压燃式发动机TY2100IT的排气烟度吸附行为。结果表明,活性炭对排放烟度具有明显的吸附效果,但从吸附效果和经济性双重角度考虑,果壳活性炭为3种活性炭之最佳,可作为吸附材料之首选,且用量在200 g左右最理想。

Abstract:According to the gas permeability and dust absorption of different activated carbon, this experiment selected cashew nut shell activated carbon, coconut shell activated carbon, wood activated carbon, exhaust smoke adsorption behavior of the natural suction vehicle direct injection compression ignition engine TY2100IT was investigated. Results showed that the adsorption effect of activated carbon on the emission of smoke was obvious, but out of consideration for the adsorption effect and economy of double angle, cashew nut shell activated the best adsorption effect of three kinds of active carbon, as the adsorption material of preferred, and the amount in about 200 g was ideal.
