| 摘 要： | 结合2007年中央1号文件的学习,从农业发展阶段、现代的含义、生态理念及发展模式4个方面对什么是现代农业进行了阐述,并就现代农业建设问题提出了搞好科学规划、完善农村基本经营制度、发挥科技作用、以及提高抵御自然及市场风险能力等想法。

| Abstract: | Combining the study into No.1 document issued by the central government in 2007,this paper has elaborated modern agriculture in the four aspects of agricultural developmental stage,implication of modern times,ecological concept and developmental model,and it has put forward some ideas regarding the construction of modern agriculture,such as to accomplish the scientific planning,improve the basic management system in the rural area,give full play to the functions of science and technology and enhance the abilities against natural and market risks. |
