| 摘 要： | 中国农业科研基本建设项目的管理工作在农业科研发展中有着十分重要的作用,结合实际工作经验,从三个方面对农业科研基本建设项目管理过程中出现的问题进行了分析,并提出了提升农业科研基本建设项目管理的建议。

| Abstract: | The basic construction project management of agricultural scientific research in China plays an important role in the development of agricultural scientific research. Combined with practical work experiences, the problems in the basic con-struction project management process of agricultural scientific research were analyzed from three aspects, and some suggestions to improve the basic construction project management of agricultural scientific research were put forward. |
