旱地小麦应用绿色抗旱剂的增产效应及耐旱机制研究

摘    要:2002—2005年在山西太原和临汾就旱地冬小麦应用绿色抗旱剂的增产效应及耐旱机制进行了研究。结果表明:GDR1号、GDR2号和GDR3号抗旱剂较好地协调了旱地冬小麦的穗数、穗粒数、千粒重,具有较好的产量效应;耐旱性试验表明,随着PEG浓度的增高,各处理发芽和生根受到抑制作用越明显,GDR1号处理的发芽率、芽长、生根率、根数和根长的抗旱性优于对照;不同土壤水分条件下绿色抗旱剂GDR1号的出苗率、幼苗和根系生长与不同PEG浓度条件下的处理结果相一致。说明GDR1号抗旱剂具有较好的抗水分胁迫作用。该项研究为旱地冬小麦应用生长调节剂开辟了新的领域。

Abstract:the research on the application effects of"Green Drought Resistance agent"in winter Wheat in dryland and enduring-drought mechanism was conducted during 2002~2004 in Taiyuan and Linfen, Shanxi. The results Showed that "Green Drought Resistance agent NO.1, NO.2 and NO.3" harmonized ear number, spike number and 1000-seed weight of winter wheat in dryland, they have good yield-improving effects.the drought -enduring experimentation showed that with the raising of the PEG density, the restrain that burgeon and rootage got on each traitment were more obvious. The drought resistence of burgeon ratio, length of bud, rootage ratio, number of root and length of root treated by GDR1 was better than check''s. the result of the burgeon ratio ,sprout and root growth treated by GDR1 Under different soil-water conditions was consistent to its under different PEG density, this showed that GDR1 had a good resistibility on water-menace. The study opens up a new area for applying grow regulator to winter wheat in dryland.
