新时期乡镇企业的人才策略研究

摘    要:乡镇企业是中国农村经济的重要组成部分,也是建设社会主义新农村的重要内容。中国的乡镇企业经过20多年的发展,取得了重大成就,但在新形势下,人才的相对匮乏和管理滞后越来越成为乡镇企业的发展的瓶径。从乡镇企业的人才发展策略的角度入手,分析了目前乡镇企业人才现状,主要从发现人才、使用人才、培养和引进人才、留住人才几个方面,提出了乡镇企业的人才发展策略,以利于乡镇企业更好的发展,更好的为社会主义新农村建设做出应有的贡献。

Research of Talent Strategies of Town and Township Enterprises in the New era

Abstract:Town and township enterprises are important parts of rural economics in our country,and also the important parts in establishing new socialistic countryside.In the past twenty years,town and township enterprises in our country have achieved great success.But in the new situation,lack and behindhand management of talents become the bottleneck of development of the town and township enterprises.In this paper,the current situation in town and township enterprises is analyzed from the views of talent strategies of town and township enterprises,which are brought out from the aspects of discovering talents,using talents,training talents,introducing talents and staying talents.The strategies are propitious to develop the town and township enterprises and make contribution to establish the new socialistic countryside.
