摘    要:采用盆栽方法,研究了生物有机肥处理对盐胁迫(150 mmol/L Na Cl)下豫麦49-198幼苗叶片营养状态和膜脂过氧化的影响。结果表明,与施用无机肥相比,增施有机肥及施用750~1 500 kg/hm~2生物有机肥可提高小麦(Triticum aestivum L.)叶片可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质含量,降低丙二醛(MDA)含量和相对电导率,增加小麦株高、地上部鲜重和干重,其中以生物有机肥施用量为1 500 kg//hm~2处理效果最明显。

Abstract:A pot experiment was carried out to explore the regulating mechanism of biological organic fertilizer application on membrane lipid peroxidize of seedling leaves in winter wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) (Yumai49-198) in 2008. The results showed that application of organic fertilizer and biological organic fertilizer at the treatments of 750~1500 kg/hm2 could increase the content of soluble sugar and protein,and decreased the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) and the relative electric conductivity,and finally increased the plant height,fresh weight and dry weight of above-ground plant parts. Among the treatments,the 1500 kg/hm2 biological organic fertilizer treatment had the greatest effects.
