Abstract: | The probability of compound Solanum lyratum thunb extraction on control plant diseases was discussed through in vitro and potted test. Through bioassay, the inhibition of diluted 500 times compound Solanum lyratum thunb extraction to mycelial growth of Rhizoctonia solani, Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, Fusarium graminearum, Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, Gibberella fujikuroi, Magnaporthe grisea were 26.2%, 17.1%, 43.2%, 10.2%, 33.2% and 46.3%, respectively. Potted rice test showed that the result of controlling Rice Blast was 67.4% using diluted 800 times compound Solanum lyratum thunb extraction. It indicated that compound Solanum lyratum thunb extraction was a potential botanic pesticide to control Rice Blast. |
