| 摘 要： | 从安徽农业劳动力老龄化的现状入手,指出安徽农业劳动力老龄化高于全国和中部地区平均水平,并伴随妇女化现象;分析了安徽农业劳动力老龄化的原因及对安徽农业现代化的影响:农业劳动力老龄化给农业产出能力、粮食安全、农产品供应等带来不利影响,且造成土地资源浪费。提出了应对农业劳动力老龄化、促进农业现代化的对策。

| Abstract: | Based on the current situation that the ageing agricultural labor force in Anhui is higher than the average level of national and central region, as well as accompanied by women oriented phenomenon, reasons for the ageing and its effects on agricultural modernization of agricultural labor force in Anhui were pointed out, and countermeasures for replying the age-ing agricultural labor force and promoting agricultural modernization were put forward. |
