“四在一体”服务模式在基层农技推广信息化中的应用

随着"互联网+农业"的发展,基层农技推广信息化工作日趋重要,农技人员能力提升、对农户的指导需求等方面日趋多元。通过基层农技推广信息化的长期实践与探索,提出"四在一体"服务模式,即"在线学习+在线交流+在线信息+在线管理"四大模块,各有侧重又互相补充,通过信息化平台促进农技人员的知识更新和能力提升、专家与农技人员互动、农技人员与农民的互动、名特优农产品的信息展示和推广过程的信息化管理。

The Application of 'Four Modules in One Plat' in the Informatization of Basic Level Agricultural Technology Extension

Along with the development of 'Internet + agriculture', the informatization of basic level agricultural technology extension is important increasingly, and demands for the ability-upgrading and guidance to farmers of the agricultural techni-cians tend to become diversified. According to long-term practice and exploration on the informatization of basic level agricul-tural technology extension, the 'Four modules in one plat' service model was suggested, which included four modules of'online learning + online communication + online information + online management', each of the modules had its own focus and different modules complemented each other. Through the informatization platform, the promotion for knowledge update and ability enhancement of agriculture technicians, interaction between experts and agriculture technicians as well as agriculture technicians and farmers, information exhibition of brand-name agricultural products, and informatization management of exten-sion process should be realized.
