摘    要:建立了一种改良的QuEChERS结合气相色谱法测定韭菜中15种有机磷农药残留,探讨了不同提取溶剂、基质效应对分析效果的影响及不同配比的净化剂对15种农药的检测情况。结果表明,将改进后的方法应用于韭菜中农药残留的检测,加标回收率为72.2%~105.6%,相对标准偏差为1.0%~6.1%,定量限为0.010 0~0.023 0μg/mL。

Abstract:To establish a method of improvement of QuEChERS combined with GC for detection of the 15 kinds of organophosphorus pesticide residues in leeks. To discuss different extractants and effect of matrix on the effect of the analysis influence, including different ratio of decontaminants. The method of improvement was used to organophosphorus pesticide residues of detection in leeks. The results showed that the average recoveries were in range of 72.2%~105.6%,and relative standard deviatons were 1.0%~6.1%. The limits of quantification were in range of 0.0100~0.0230μg/mL.
