现代农业背景下参与式农民培训模式的理论探讨

农民培训是发展现代农业的重要内容,着力探讨参与式农民培训模式的相关理论及政府的工作重点。结合参与式方法在其他领域的成功实践,采用归纳演绎方法展开研究,针对农民培训工作得出具推广价值的结论。研究阐述了农民培训工作的时代性和必要性;分析了参与式农民培训模式实现农民由被动接受培训向主动融入科技培训体系转变的本质;提出参与式农民培训是原有培训方式的有利补充,是培训主体之间在培训内容设定、工作开展、监测与评价及主体能力建设等环节相融合的过程;最后分析政府在参与式农民培训中的工作重点。参与式农民培训能够实现培训各主体的能力提升,激发农民发展现代农业的主观能动性,具有实践和推广价值。

Theory Discussion on Participatory Farmers' Training under Structuring Modern Agriculture

Farmers'' training is the important matter in structuring modern agriculture.This paper mainly discusses some theory on Participatory Farmers'' Training and the key emphasis of government.Combining with some successful experience of participatory in other areas,some research was done through deduction method.Firstly,the importance and contemporary of farmers'' training were elaborated,and then,we analyzed the essential of Participatory Farmers'' Training is that farmers can be involved in the training system,and not be trained passively.Participatory Farmers'' Training is an effective supplement for traditional model,and it has the following main aspects:confirming content,implementing train,monitoring and evaluating,etc.Government should play the important role in Participatory Farmers'' Training,and this training model can motivate the farms'' enthusiasm to study,and improve its efficiency.To some extent,this model should be valuable to be put into practice to improve the training efficiency.
