摘 要: | 采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定猕猴桃中重金属铅和镉元素含量。结果表明,红心猕猴桃铅和镉元素的含量分别为0.115 0、0.005 3 mg/kg;绿心猕猴桃铅和镉元素的含量分别为0.150 0、0.008 2 mg/kg。所购猕猴桃均符合相关标准中对于猕猴桃中铅和镉元素含量的限定值要求。

Determination of lead and cadmium in Kiwifruit |

Abstract: | Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was used to determine the content of heavy metal lead and cadmium in kiwifruit. The limit value of lead element and cadmium element is 0.2mg/kg and 0.01mg/kg, which meet the limit value requirements of NY/T 425-2000 standard for the content of lead and cadmium element in kiwifruit. |
