摘    要:为了查明贵州草莓根腐病病原菌的种类,本研究从贵州草莓主要产区采集草莓根腐病病株,对其进行了分离纯化和柯赫氏法则验证,通过形态学特征结合rDNA–ITS序列分析,对分离到的病原菌进行鉴定。结果表明;锐顶镰刀菌(Fusarium acuminatum)是贵州草莓根腐病的致病菌。锐顶镰刀菌(F. acuminatum)侵染草莓引起草莓根腐病,在国内属于首次报道。

Identification of the strawberry root rot pathogenin Guizhou Province
Abstract:In order to find out the pathogen of strawberry root rot in Guizhou Province, Strawberry Root Rot pathogens were isolated and purified from the main strawberry production areas of Guizhou Province, the pathogen was identified by morphological characteristics and Rdna ITS sequence analysis. The results showed that Fusarium acuminatum was the pathogen causing strawberry root rot in Guizhou, and Fusarium acuminatum caused strawberry root rot, which was the first report in China.
