建立新型农村金融机构风险评价指标体系的探讨

建立一个科学适用的新型农村金融机构风险评价指标体系,是预防和化解新型农村金融机构运行风险的关键。在遵循全面性、准确性、科学性、重要性和灵敏性原则基础上,创建新型农村金融机构风险评价指标体系,可以从内部风险因素和外部风险因素两方面来考虑。运用层次分析法和专家打分法,将河北省新型金融机构面临的内部风险因素和外部风险因素的多层次指标赋予权重,并对各风险指标的风险程度进行排序,进而得出了河北省新型金融机构风险评级指标体系。在此基础上,提出了防范河北省新型金融机构运行风险的对策与建议。

Discussion on setting up risk index system of new rural financial institution

The Setting up of science and suitable risk index system of new rural financial Institution was the key to prevent and melt the risk of new rural financial Institution.In complying with principles,such as comprehensiveness,accuracy,scientific,importance and sensitivity,We set up a risk index system of new rural financial institution and we could consider risk factors from internal and external two aspects.Using AHP and expert scoring method,we gave the multi-level indicators of risk factors Some weight,and sorted the risk indicators by the level of risk,thus,we obtained a risk index system of new rural financial institution in Hebei Province.On this basis,we proposeed countermeasures and suggestions against running risk of new financial institutions in Hebei Province.
