摘    要:为建立一种同时测定鸡肉组织中2种金刚烷胺类药物和12种喹诺酮类药物残留的高效液相色谱-质谱联用法,试验将鸡肉组织经1%乙酸的乙腈提取,乙腈饱和的正己烷脱脂,以0.1%甲酸水和甲醇为流动相进行梯度洗脱;样品质谱采用电喷雾电离,正离子扫描,多反应监测模式检测,同位素内标法定量.结果 显示:14种药物在1~100 ng/mL...

Abstract:To establish a high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for detecting of 2 amantadine drugs and 12 quinolones residues in chicken simultaneously,the chicken tissues were extracted with 1% acetic acid acetonitrile,defatted with acetonitrile saturated n-hexane,gradiently eluted with 0.1% formic acid water and methanol;The target objects were detected by electrospray ionization,positive ion scanning and multiple reaction monitoring mode,the method was quantified by isotope internal standard.The results showed that 14 drugs had good linearity at a concentration range of 1 to 100 ng/mL,and the detection limit of 2 amantadine drugs was 1μg/kg,the quantification limit was 2μg/kg,and the detection limit of 12 quinolones was 5μg/kg,the quantification limit was 10μg/kg.The average recoveries ranged from 76.3% to 112.6%,and the variable coefficients were less than 12.5%.The results showed that the method was simple,reliable and suitable for the simultaneous detection of amantadine drugs and quinolones in chicken.
