| 摘 要： | 鸡传染性支气管炎(Infectious bronchitis,IB)是由鸡传染性支气管炎病毒(Infectious bronchitis virus,IBV)引起的高度接触性传染病,给养殖生产造成巨大的经济损失。近年来随着反向遗传操作技术的发展,国内外学者在分子生物学水平对IBV基因组结构与功能开展了深入研究,在IBV编码的结构蛋白和辅助蛋白功能研究方面取得了重要进展。文章就IBV辅助蛋白对病毒复制、病毒毒力的影响以及辅助蛋白在疾病预防方面的研究进行总结,为IBV辅助蛋白的功能研究及减毒活疫苗研发提供新的方向。

| Abstract: | Infectious bronchitis(IB)is a highly contagious infectious disease caused by infectious bronchitis virus(IBV),which causes huge economic losses to breeding production.In recent years,with the development of reverse genetic system of IBV,researchers have made great progress in the research of IBV gene structure and function.In this paper,the effects of IBV accessory proteins on virus replication,virulence and prevention were summarized,which would provide a new direction for the functional research of IBV accessory proteins and the development of live attenuated vaccines. |
