| 摘 要： | 由于基因工程技术的迅速发展,应用于食品工业中产生了转基因食品,但是转基因食品的食用安全性一直受到人们的质疑。介绍了转基因大豆在食用中可能产生的安全性问题,并总结了这些问题的安全性评价和检测方法。

| Abstract: | As the rapidly development of genetic engineering technology,it is applied to the food industry to produce a genetically modified food,but the genetically modified food safety has been questioned.This paper describes the safety problems in the consumption of transgenic soybean,and summarizes the safety evaluation of these issues and testing methods. |
