家蚕雌蚕单性生殖无性繁殖系的配合力研究

摘    要:运用不完全双列杂交法 ,以经 7~ 8代孤雌生殖选育初步育成的雌蚕单性生殖无性繁殖系及其原两性繁殖系 ,分别与平衡致死雄蚕、常规品种雄蚕配制一代杂种 ,在相同条件下比较各组合的生产性能 ,结果表明许多雌蚕单性生殖无性繁殖系的配合力超过其原系统 ,具有较强的杂种优势。因此 ,若利用雌蚕单性生殖无性繁殖系与平衡致死雄蚕组配杂交种 ,将为降低雄蚕品种的制种成本开辟了一条新的途径

Abstract:By the method of incomplete diallel cross,some silkworms parthenogentic clones after 7~8 generations breeding and its primitive parents were crossed with the balanced lethal male silkworm and conventional races.The economical characters and combining ability of different races were compared under same rearing condition.The results indicated that many silkworm parthenogentic clones had higher combining ability and stronger heterosis than that of their parents.So it provides new way of reducing the cost of male hybrid production by crossing the silkworm parthenogentic clones with the balanced lethal male silkworm.
