核型多角体病毒对斜纹夜蛾两种酶活性的影响

摘    要:对感染核型多角体病毒的斜纹夜蛾(Spodoptera lituta)幼虫血淋巴酯酶和酚氧化酶进行了电泳分析,结果表明,两种酶的谱带在感染病毒后12h发生了明显的变化,导致酶带位移和新酶带的产生,在虫体内建立了新的酶系统;酚氧化酶比活性在感染核型多角体病毒后12 h最低,48h达到最高点.

Abstract:The electrophoresis assay of the activities of esterase and phenoloxidase in Spodoptera lituta hemolymph infected by nuclear polyhedrosis virus (NPV) were presented in the paper. The results showed that the bands of both emzymes changed obviously after infected, the position of bands shifted, new bands appeared and the new enzyme systems presented. After infected by NPV, the activity of phenoloxidase decreased to the minimum at 12 h, and clinled to a climax at 48 h.
