纳豆激酶高产菌株的筛选鉴定及特性研究

摘    要:从5种不同样品中分离得到30株菌株,通过初筛和复筛,筛选出1株纳豆激酶高产菌株T-3,其产酶活性可达到3158.97IU/mL,并对菌株的个体形态、菌落形态和生理生化特征进行了鉴定,确认菌株T-3属于枯草芽孢杆菌属。该菌株对温度、pH值和胆盐具有较好的耐受性,并且具有良好的传代稳定性。

Abstract:Screening 30 strains from five different samples, we gained strain T-3 whose nattokinase activity could reach 3 158.97 IU/mL by the first selection and the second selection. According to morphological, physiological and biochemical characleristics, the bacillus subilits stain was identified. Strain T-3 has good tolerance to temperature, pH, gallbladder salt, and good generation stability.
