紫荆茎的组织形态学研究

通过常规石蜡切片技术,研究了紫荆1 a生和多年生茎的横切面形态解剖特征.结果表明:紫荆茎的初生结构从外到内由表皮、皮层和中柱组成.表皮由一层排列紧密的表皮细胞构成,且外方被角质层;皮层中具有大量的厚角组织;髓发达,环髓带明显.次生结构从外到内由周皮和次生维管组织组成,主要特征体现在年轮线不明显,次生木质部为散孔材.初生结构和次生结构均表现出紫荆对旱生环境的适应.

Study on the Anatomical Structure of Cercis chinensis Stem
