摘    要:以甘蓝下胚轴为材料,研究根癌农杆菌转化过程中预培养、感染、共培养各阶段中处理时间对出愈率和抗性芽分化率的影响。结果表明,不同阶段处理时间对甘蓝的出愈率和转化效率有明显的影响,甘蓝转化过程中预培养、感染、共培养的最佳处理时间分别为36h、5min、48h。

Abstract:Effects of three kinds of processing time(pre-cultivation time,infection time and co-cultivation time)on the percentage of culli induced and transformation efficiency mediated by Agrobacterium tumefaciens in Brassica oleracea were studied.The results showed that processing time in different stages had apparent effects on the percentage of culli induced and transformation efficiency.The best three kinds of processing time were 36h,5min and 48h respectively.
