寄生虫病细胞学防治研究

摘    要:全世界的一些寄生虫学工作者,在近百年的时间里,进行着寄生虫病的免疫防治研究。其学术思想和技术路线,有两个方面:细胞工程学和基因工程学。近几十年来,基因工程学免疫研究取得了某些进展,但是受困扰的是,免疫保护率仅为50%;细胞学免疫防治研究是应用多细胞的蛋白质,也许还有细胞的全基因组,以期对多细胞寄生虫进行免疫控制。这一研究在我国获得了突破,取得了国际领先的重大成果,诞生了猪囊尾蚴细胞疫苗,其免疫保护率高达96.18%,而且实验证明,该疫苗还具有免疫治疗作用,治疗率达87.5%。

Abstract:Many parasitologists have studied immune prophylaxis and treatment of parasitoses for about one hundred years all over the world.There were two academic ideas and technique lines in their minds.One is cytological engineering,and the other is genic engineering.In the last twenty years,genic engineering researches on the immunology of parasitoses have made some progresses,but it is puzzled that the immune protective ratio has never been beyond 50 percent.Cytological immunity researches on the prophylaxis and treatment of parasitoses use the cell protein of Cysticercus cellulosae cell line,and probably their genome,to immunize the organism of the intermediate host,and to prevent the invasion of parasites.This study is a great success in our country and the outcome of scientific research is at the head of the world. Cysticercus cellulosae cell line were established and the cell vaccine of Cysticercus cellulosae cell line were produced.The immune protective ratio is 96.18%.And the experimental researches have proved that the cell vaccine has an excellent function of immune therapy,and the treatment ratio is 87.5%.
