花粉超低温保存的研究和应用进展

摘    要:花粉包含了植株的各种基因类型,是种质保存和交换的主要材料.花粉超低温保存在种质资源的保存中越来越占据重要地位.本文就该项技术在国内外研究和应用的进展进行了综述,并对其技术要点作了简介.

Abstract:Pollen,as one type of plant germplasm,including all kinds of genetype,is the main material in germplasm preservation and exchange.Cryopreservation for pollen is a simple and effective way of preservating rare germplasm.It is playing more and more important role in germplasm preservation.However,technology in the course preservation needs further study.
