| Abstract: | Pollen,as one type of plant germplasm,including all kinds of genetype,is the main material in germplasm preservation and exchange.Cryopreservation for pollen is a simple and effective way of preservating rare germplasm.It is playing more and more important role in germplasm preservation.However,technology in the course preservation needs further study. |
