盐胁迫对杜仲幼苗生理特性的影响

摘    要:通过研究杜仲幼苗对盐胁迫的生理响应,探讨杜仲耐盐机理,以选育出较耐盐的杜仲品种。结果表明,叶片盐害在胁迫浓度和持续时间上,响应的速率和受害症状持续增大;质膜透性、叶绿素含量、SOD活性、脯氨酸含量均随NaCl浓度的增加和处理时间的延长表现出逐渐增加的趋势,低盐度胁迫下增加趋势不明显,中、高盐度胁迫下迅速上升,上升到一定程度后开始下降;不同杜仲品种的抗盐性存在明显的差异,其中JC159和JC009具有较高的抗盐性,JC119和JC144的抗盐性相对较弱。

Abstract:This paker was aimed to study the physiological response of Eucommia ulmoides seedlings to salt stress, explore the mechanism of salt tolerance of E. ulmoides, breed salt-tolerant varieties of E. ulmoides. The results showed that the rate of response and suffer symptoms of the salt damage of leaves continued to increase with the stress concentration and duration. Plasma membrane permeability, chlorophyll content, SOD activity and proline content gradually increased along with the increase of NaCl concentration and the prolongation of treatment time. Increasing trend was not obvious under low salinity stress, was rapid under middle and high salinity stress, and it began to decline when the salinity stress was up to a certain extent. The salt resistance of different varieties of E. ulmoides existed obvious differences, JC159 and JC009 had high salt resistance, the salt resistance of JC119 and JC144 was relatively weak.
