摘    要:提出了检测柑橘损伤果的方法,通过分析选择了激起波长352nm,确定了CCD摄像机用紫外线光源,叙述了各种条件和参数与荧光辉度差的关系,根据分析结果,设计了一套损伤果自动检测系统,该系统检测速度达到了5个/s。

Abstract:This article describes the spectral reflectance from the surface of sound and defective orange in order to develop an inspection system to select fruits by machine visions. An excited wave length, 352 nm, is selected as light source of the machine vision inspection system. Bruises are compared with sound ones and the relationships between various conditions and fluorescence strength are described. The suitable light power is 60 W. Based on the results, an automatic inspection system was designed, the inspecting speed of this system amounts to 5 pieces of orange per second.
