摘    要:生态环境用水量的减少是孔雀河流域近 50年来现代绿洲环境退化的主要原因 ,维持生态与社会经济的合理用水比例是绿洲系统持续发展的前提。以此为基础 ,本文采用水资源承载力的方法探讨了绿洲生态支持子系统和社会经济子系统优化调控模式 ,最后就配置方案及发展模式的可行性进行了分析

Abstract:Reduction of eco-environment water supply was one of the main reasons for oasis ecosystem degradation in the Peacock river valley of Xinjiang in recent 50 years.So maintaining rational ratio between soc-economic and eco-environment water supply was a essential prerequisite for sustainable development of oasis.Based on which ,the paper discussed the mode to optimizing and controlling the oasis ecological sub-systems and its social-economic sub-system development by means of water resources supporting capacity plan,then analysed the feasibility of allocation scheme and development mode of oasis system in this area in future several decades.
