摘    要:研究了NO信号分子对盐胁迫下玉米幼苗氮代谢产物的影响。结果表明:经100 mmol/LNaCl溶液处理后,玉米幼苗叶片的可溶性蛋白质含量迅速下降,游离氨基酸和脯氨酸含量迅速上升,但随着胁迫时间的延长,变化趋势趋于缓和。在同样的盐胁迫条件下,NO供体硝普钠(SNP)诱导处理对可溶性蛋白质含量的降低有明显的抑制作用,且显著促进了游离氨基酸和脯氨酸含量的升高。表明外源NO供体可以调节玉米叶片脯氨酸、游离氨基酸和可溶性蛋白质的含量,增强玉米幼苗的耐盐性。

Abstract:Effects of signal molecules of nitric oxide(NO) on nitric metabolites in maize leaves under salt stress were studied.The results indicated that NaCl(100 mmol/L) stress could significantly decrease soluble protein content but increase proline and free amino acid content in maize leaves compared with the control group.However,with the delay of stress time,the trend of this variation tended to decrease.Under the same salt stress,SNP addition(T2) could restrain the producing of soluble protein content but increase proline and free amino acid content in maize leaves compared with the only salt stress treatment(T1).All the above-mentioned results showed that exogenous NO had the function of regulating proline,free amino acid and soluble protein content in maize leaves,which improved salt-tolerance ability of maize seedlings.
