蝴蝶兰组培苗栽培及花期调控技术要点

摘    要:2007年在温室大棚进行蝴蝶兰组培苗规模化种植,研究广西南部地区蝴蝶兰组培苗栽培及花期调控技术。结果表明,通过加强蝴蝶兰组培苗移植以及小、中、大苗的栽培管理,在非自然开花期,于距离要求开花时间5个月时开始进行控花处理,白天棚内温度控制在26~28℃,夜间16~18℃,期间增施磷肥,控温处理持续2个月后植株开始抽出花梗,花梗抽出约3个月后植株开花。

Abstract:In order to develop an efficient technique for cultivation of Phalaenopsis amabilis B1. and regulation of flowering stage in south region of Guangxi, the plantlets were grown in greenhouse for large scale production in 2007. The small, medium and large plantlets were separated and transplanted in a green house for strengthening management. The temperature of the green house was maintained at 26-28℃ during day and 16-18℃ during night. The phosphate fertilizer rate was increased. This resulted in the development of pedicel just after two months and flowering in three months after transplantation.
