摘    要:为了了解一种野生结缕草的耐践踏性,采用湖南省普遍用于运动场的草种杂交狗牙根为对照,研究践踏对它们生理代谢的影响。结果表明:两种草坪草的叶片相对含水量和可溶性糖含量随着践踏强度的增加呈递减趋势,而细胞伤害率呈递增趋势。两种草坪草种间相比,野生结缕草的叶片相对含水量大于杂交狗牙根,而细胞伤害率和可溶性糖含量小于杂交狗牙根。

Abstract:In order to investigate the trample-resistant ability of wild zoysia,tifgreen commonly used as turfgrass on sports ground in Hunan province was selected as a control to observe the influence of trampling on physiological metabolism of these turfgrasses.The result showed that the two turfgrasses presented decreasing trends in relative leaf water content and soluble sugar content along with the increase of trampling intensity,while the degree of cell damage was progressively increased.And the difference existed between two observed turfgrasses: the relative water content of wild zoysia was more than that of tifgreen,while the degree of leaf damage and soluble sugar content of wild zoysia was less than that of tifgreen.
