农村信用社法人治理结构改革研究

农村信用社的法人治理结构在组建形式上符合合作制的基本原则和精神,在具体做法上则存在法人治理结构与产权关系不对称、行政意识取代了产权权益、职位利益取代了产权收益的现象。本文阐述了农村信用社法人治理结构中存在的问题,并分析了产生问题的原因,针对原因提出部分建议,认为农村信用社法人治理结构的改革与设计,应明晰产权、完善产权制度、建立有效的激励与约束机制,并取得政府的支持。

Studies on the Corporate Governance Structure Reform of Rural Credit Cooperative

The corporate governance structure of the rural credit cooperative is according with basic principle andspirit of Cooperation in the form of construction. In fact, It is not asymmetric of corporate governancestructure and property right. Administrative consciousness and income of position have replaced the incomeof property right. This text explains the question existing in the corporate governance structure of rural creditcooperative, analyses the reason for producing the question, propose some suggestions to the reason. I thinkthe reform and design of corporate governance structures should define property right, perfect property rightinstitution, set up effective encouragement and tied mechanism of and obtain the governments support.
