摘    要:米蛾卵对紫外线反应十分敏感。用20瓦紫外线灯,距卵面20厘米,照射25分钟,可杀死米蛾卵胚(卵龄24小时),处理后的米蛾卵连续饲养中华草蛉3个世代,幼虫期发育正常,结茧率为73.3~80.0%,羽化率为82.6~86.9%,证明照射后的米蛾卵做饲料,对中华草蛉没有不良影响。

Abstract:The authors ?found that eggs of rice moth, Corcyra cephalonica. were sensitive to ultraviolet light. Treatment of the eggs of 24 hr old with a 20 watta ultraviolet light at a distance of 20 em for 25 minutas produced a 100% mortality. C. ainiea reared on these irradiated egga developed normally for three successive genarationa. The average rate of cocooning and adult emergence were 73.3-80.0% and 62.6-S6.9%, reapectively. The method effectively prevents the eggs used in rearing the predator from consumption by hatched rice moth larvae.
