摘    要:目的 确定6#溶剂油提取人参挥发油的最佳条件.方法 以6#溶剂油为溶剂,采用索氏提取以人参挥发油得率为评价指标,利用正交实验,筛选最佳工艺条件.结果 确定了6#溶剂油提取人参挥发油的最佳条件:提取时间10h,提取温度88℃,料液比1∶7g/ml.结论 该条件下人参挥发油的得率为2.64%,此实验方法操作简单、快捷,具有高效性及安全性,适合工业化生产推广.

Abstract:Objective To Determination optimal conditions of 6# solvent oil extraction of ginseng volatile oil.[Methods] The extraction of ginseng volatile oil from ginseng by soxhlet extraction were studied using the Orthogonal test.Result The optimum extracting conditions of ginseng volatile oil were as follows: the ratio of solid-liquid was 1:7g/ml,the extracting temperature was 88℃,the extracting time was 10 hours.conclusion In optimum conditions ginseng volatile oil in a yield of 2.64%,the experiment methods are convenient,which have intense infectivity and safety,suitable for industrialized production promotion.
