摘    要:随着生命科学领域研究的突飞猛进,生物技术已渗透到中药领域,并发挥着日益重要的作用.组织培养作为生物技术中重要的技术利用植物的细胞全能性,来保持原植物的抗病抗虫抗退化等自然因素.人参的组织培养中通过对Whit、MS、FOX培养基分别加入10%椰乳,对人参的嫩茎进行接种诱导并观察情况,发现以附加10%椰乳的Whit、MS、FOX培养基诱导频率有所提高和缩短培养天数.

Abstract:As life science research advance by leaps and bounds,biological technology has already penetrated into field of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and plays an increasingly important role.Tissue culture as a biological technology important technology using plant cell totipotency,to maintain the original plant disease resistance to insect resistance degradation and other natural factors.The ginseng of tissue culture according to the Whit,MS,FOX medium respectively add 10% coconut milk,the ginseng of tender bine inoculated induction and observe situation,found that 10% of the coconut milk to additional Whit,MS,FOX medium induction frequency increased training and shorten the days.
