摘    要:以抗旱性不同的3个水稻品种为材料,用PEG6000来模拟自然干旱,以叶片的抗衰老度,根冠比及PEG6000对幼根、胚芽鞘生长的抑制程度为生理指标进行抗旱性的鉴定.结果表明:PEG6000对旱116的幼根及胚芽鞘生长的抑制率最低,湘早籼32号最高;在渗透胁迫下根冠比:旱116>嘉早935>湘早籼32号,叶片的抗衰老度:旱116<嘉早935<湘早籼32号.3个品种的抗旱性为:旱116>嘉早935>湘早籼32号.

Abstract:Three kinds of rice cultivars with different drought-resistance were studied as experiment materials.Their drought-resistances were identified using leaf stay caducity,ratio of root to shoot and inhibitor level of coleoptiles and roots using PEG6000 as physiological indexes.The results showed that inhibitor level of coleoptiles and roots of Han116 was the lowest and Xiangzaoxian32 was the highest under PEG6000.Ratio of root to shoot order was Han116>Jiazao935>Xiangzaoxian32,leaf stay caducity order was Han116Jiazao935>Xiangzaoxian32.
