杏花发育的研究

摘    要:以大曹杏、二花头的试验材料,研究杏花期花朵的呼吸率、乙烯释放量、POD及杏花干物率的变化。结果表明,花朵在花期呼吸率、乙烯释放量及干物率的变化为选降后升,POD在花期一起呈现上升趋势。

Abstract:The materials used in this research included "Da Chaoxen" apricot and " Er Hua Touxen" apricot.The respiratory rate,ethylene production,peroxidase and the dry weight percent of the flowers were studied at different time.The result showed that the changes of respiratory rate,ethylene production and the dry weight percent of the flowers were decreasing firstly and then increasing laterly.While the perocidase keep rising during the blooming date.
