摘    要:对新疆芥菜型油菜4个单、双低吕系子叶柄再生频率的影响因素进行了研究,其中子叶柄日龄、6-BA、AgNO3、卡那霉素浓度及基因型等因素对不定芽的再生率有很大影响。试验结果表明:萌发4~5d的幼苗子叶柄再生频率最高;6-BA、AgNO4对不定芽分化的促进效果在不同品系中有大差异,通常浓度为4~6mg/L。不同品系对卡那霉素的耐受力有很大不同,其中新95-A在Kan15mg/L时仍有4.17%的绿苗率;

Abstract:In this paper,factors which influenced the high efficient regeneration system of four "single or double low" strains of Xinjiang B. juncea were studied. Among those,the days of cotyledon petiole,concentration of 6-BA,AgNO3 and Kanamycin,genotype,etc. played important roles. Results indicated:4~5 days of cotyledon petiole had the highest regeneration rate;6-BA and AgNO3 had different effect among four strains,usually the best concentration was 4~6 mg/L;to these strains,the tolerance to kanamycin was different,strain Xin95-A still had 4.17% green shoot rate when Kanamycin amount to 15 mg/L;root regeneration of those green shoots was easy,and the survival rate was high after transplanted.
