摘    要:对6个不同地区的麻疯树籽的性状、籽油的理化性质及脂肪酸组成进行分析。结果表明,参试的不同地区的麻疯树种子外观性状差异不大,长度、宽度、侧径变异系数分别为2.6%、1.2%和2.4%,千粒重差异相对较大,变异系数为3.8%;不同地区的麻疯树籽的含油率均在30.0%以上,脂肪酸以C16和C18为主;不同地区的麻疯树籽油的不饱和脂肪酸含量很高,均在70%以上。

Abstract:The seeds of Jatropha curcas were collected from six different areas.The characteristics of J.curcas seed were studied,the physicochemical properties and fatty acid composition of J.curcas seed oil were also analyzed.The results showed that the characteristics of J.curcas seed from different areas were not significant discrepancy,the variation coefficients of seed length,width and lateral diameter was 2.6%,1.2% and 2.4%,respectively,the variation coefficient of a thousand seed weight was much larger,which reached 3.8%;all of oil content of the seeds were over 30% and the main fatty acid composition were C16 and C18;the contain of unsaturated fatty acid of J.curcas seed oil was high,all of them were over 70%.
