| 摘 要： | 于三七的不同生育时期采集新鲜叶片进行可溶性糖及可溶性蛋白含量、过氧化物酶及过氧化氢酶活性测定。结果表明：可溶性糖含量及过氧化物酶活性呈现出随生育进程上升的趋势；可溶性蛋白含量及过氧化氢酶活性呈现出随生育进程下降的趋势。

| Abstract: | The content of soluble sugars and soluble proteins,and the activity of peroxidase and catalase of leaves were determined in the different phases of production.The results showed the contents of soluble sugars and the activity of peroxidase were increasing with the growth.And the content of soluble proteins and the activity of catalase were decreasing with the growth. |
