摘    要:以辣根过氧化物酶标记兔抗不同动物肌肉和血清球蛋白抗血清检查860份牛肉、510份马肉、510份猪肉、310份羊肉和100份驼肉,检出率均在95%以上;经与其它血清学方法比较,证实用该法鉴别不同肉类,具有较高的敏感性和特异性,而且方法简便,设备简单,判断指标客观真实,经研制配套的商品化诊断盒,可供肉品检疫部门及有关单位野外应用。

Abstract:ELISA using HRP-conjugated rabbit-anti-animal meat and serum glubulin anti-sera were applied to the determination of 860 beef samples,510 horse meat samples,510 pork samples, 310 sheep meat samples and 100 camel meat samples with a detection rate of over 95% for each species. Copared to other serological assays, the double-antibody sandwich ELISA was more sensitive and of higher specificity in determination of meats from different animal species. It was easy and simple to operate and required only simple equipment. Detection kits developed on this technique are available for the meat inspectors on-site
