摘    要:以大蒜提取液和黄瓜为试材,研究大蒜中是否存在可以提高黄瓜抗冻性的因子。结果表明:随着温度的降低,大蒜中丙二醛含量逐渐升高;大蒜液处理的黄瓜脯氨酸可溶性糖含量都高于对照,丙二醛含量呈先下降后上升的趋势,处理组丙二醛含量始终低于对照;大蒜液处理的黄瓜耐低温时间比对照长。

Abstract:Taking garlic extract and cucumber as experiment material,to exphorethe whether there is some kinds of factor of improving frost resistance of the cucumber in garlic.The results showed that as the temperature decreased,the content of MDA gradually increased in garlic;the proline and soluble sugar content of cucumber under garlic extracts treatment were higher than the control,the content of MDA was elevated after the increased,the MDA content of treatment was always lower than the control;low temperature re...
