双梭孢虫草无性型的人工栽培

摘    要:采用单因素法研究基础培养基、碳源、氮源和光照对双梭孢虫草无性型子实体产生的影响。结果表明,小麦培养基适合用作双梭孢虫草产子实体的培养基;碳源中的葡萄糖和氮源中的酵母膏以及低光照条件有利于子实体的产生。

Abstract:The single factor experiments were conducted to elucidate the effect of basic medium, carbon source, nitrogen source and light intensity on the anamorph fruiting body of Cordyceps bifusispora in the present work. Results showed that wheat medium was the best one, and glucose, yeast extract paste, low illumination were favorable for production of fruiting body.
