水基胶覆膜机覆膜系统设计

摘    要:通过对典型的3种涂布方式进行实验,测定其胶层厚度变动系数CD,得出涂布方式对厚度变动系数的影响;覆膜压合质量实验方法采用正交分级实验方法,得出复合压力对疵斑点率的影响,涂布量对疵斑点率的影响.

Abstract:Through the experiments on three typical coating modes, the variation coefficient CD of glue line thickness was determined and the influence of coating mode on the thickness variation coefficient was concluded, The experimental technique of laminating pressing quality is to adopt orthogonal multistage method, and the influences of laminating pressure and coating quantity on scab point rate variation were drawn in the end.
