汽油机燃用汽油酒精混合液的研究

摘    要:本文叙述了汽油酒精混合液的燃料特性、汽油机的改装、发动机燃用混合液的台架性能、汽车道路引驶性能、以及混合液对发动机主要零件腐蚀磨损的影响等项的试验研究。认为汽油机改燃15~20%85~90°酒精与低牌号无铅汽油的混合液是当前符合中国国情的代用燃料。设计与改装了两种方案的汽油机结构,经发动机台架及五万公里的汽车道路行驶试验,实践表明其性能及使用效果良好;混合液对发动机内部主要零件无明显的腐蚀与加重磨损。

Abstract:This paper presents the program of testing and researching on following items: the characteristics of ethanol and gasoline blended fudls, the performance of remodelled gasoline engines and cars based on road travelling, the technology of rebuilding a spark-ignition engine, and the effects of blended fuel on wearing and corrosion of main components of the engine, It is a suitable choice under China, s fuel market condition to replace gasoline with blended fuel, The blend made from low-octane gasoline and 15-20%.of 85-90 proof ethanol is good for spark-ignition engine. Laboratory tests of engine and road travelling tests of car showed that the remodelling engines with blended fuel worked very smooth. No severe corrosion and wearing for main components of engine by using blended fule were found.
