摘    要:以刺葡萄愈伤组织为材料,在B5培养基上附加不同的激素种类及浓度配比,研究了刺葡萄芽的诱导、增殖和生根培养.结果表明,刺葡萄愈伤组织再生苗的分化率很低,仅在B5 0.5 mg/L ZT 0.1 mg/L NAA上有少量分化,分化率为13.3%;增殖培养以B5 BA1.0 mg/L NAA0.05 mg/L为佳,4周可增殖6.4倍;生根培养以B5 0.5 mg/L IBA 0.02mg/L NAA为好,4周平均生根3.4条,根粗达2.4 mm.

Abstract: Calli of Vitis davidii Fox were used as the material and different plant growth regulators were added at various concentrations into B_5 medium to study bud induction,multiplication and rooting culture.The results showed that calli differentiated in a very frequency and only in the medium supplemented with 0.05 mg/L ZT and 0.1 mg/L NAA in which the frequency of differentiation was 13.3%.The optimum medium for multiplication was B_5 supplemented with 1.0 mg/L BA and 0.05 mg/L NAA, in which the plantlets could propagate 6.4 times in 4 weeks.The most suitable medium for rooting was B_5 supplemented with 0.5 mg/L IBA and 0.02 mg/L NAA in which the plantlet could produce 3.4 roots on average with the thickness of the root up to 2.4 mm.
