银川市滨河新区需水估算及水资源条件分析

银川滨河新区是沿黄经济区建设的重要一环,合理确定滨河新区发展用水需求,提出适宜的用水方向是保障滨河新区发展的前提条件。通过分析滨河新区生产、生活、生态用水需求,结合当地水资源禀赋,提出滨河新区重点开发利用过境黄河水及矿井疏干水的水资源利用方向。

An Estimation of Water Demand and Analysis of Water Resource Conditions of Riverfront District of Yinchuan Municipality

Yinchuan riverfront district is an important part in the construction of the Yellow River Economic Zone. It is the prerequisite for guaranteeing the development of the riverfront district that reasonably determining the water demand for the development of the riverfront district and giving a proposition of appropriate water utilization direction. Based on an analysis of the water demands for production, life and ecology of the riverfront district and in combination with the local water re- sources condition, a proposition of water utilization direction is put forward, namely the emphasis should be laid on the de- velopment and utilization of Yellow River water and coal mine drainage.
